PROCESSING TIMES


As we are a small business creating personalised accessories for your beloved pet, the turnaround time is 7-10 working days on our current collection. If you have selected a customised collar (classic or mini range), this processing time applies only after the design has been agreed. However, as I am a one-person business, please understand that on busier seasons (i.e Christmas), the turnaround time may be a little longer (up to 14 working days).


SHIPPING

UK DELIVERIES 

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. You will be emailed with shipping confirmation once we start to process your order. 


Our Standard Delivery to the UK is FREE. This is a 2nd class service. Please allow up to 10 working days for this to arrive.

Express Service to the UK is available for £3.00. 


Please allow extra time for your order to arrive as there are still delays due to covid. We are not responsible for delays or stolen orders. 



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship via Royal Mail tracked service (£9.00), this will update on its route to the customer. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive as there are still delays due to covid. We are not responsible for any customs or tax charges for orders outside of the UK.


Please keep an eye on your orders tracking as if you have had an attempted delivery and do not collect within the local couriers time frame the order will be shipped back to us. This will result in further charges for a re-ship of your order or the items from your order being refunded and canceled.


Please ensure you leave an email address on completing your order as you may not receive your confirmation or processing email to say your order is on route to you.


Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.



MISSING ORDERS


We are not responsible for any delays or stolen orders as this is beyond our capacity. Please contact Royal Mail with enquiries to missing orders. In the case that they have been shipped back to us due to an insufficient address provided, we will be able to re-send this out to you but additional postage will need to be paid.  

NO SHIPPING COSTS ARE REFUNDED AT ANY TIME. 

 


RETURNS POLICY


As all our items are handmade and personalised for your pet, we do not currently accept any return of items. However, in the case of a faulty item, please do get back in touch with us.
